This is a test to see if this product, http://www.flashxml.net/ will work for us. This banner uses a compact xml file to control it's behavior. You control:

• Images
• Image effects
• Content and style of text.
• Button size and position

Since the application reads xml files, input can be changed progamatically. You don't need a copy of Flash in order to use the application. And changing images is easy. The application is NOT free, but it's also not expensive. A commercial license for what we want to do is $47.
